Description
There are three fruits in total:
Amla: Often referred to as Indian gooseberry, Amla is high in antioxidants and vitamin C. It enhances immunity, facilitates digestion, and advances general health.
Haritaki: In Ayurveda, haritaki is regarded as a revitalising herb. It promotes healthy excretion, enhances digestion, and cleanses the digestive system.
Bibhitaki: This herb is well-known for having an astringent taste. In accordance with Ayurvedic principles, it promotes respiratory health, helps with cleansing, and helps regulate Kapha dosha.
Action: All three ingredients posses the laxative components that tone up the gastro-intestinal system and help to improve the power of digestion.
Indication: Vitiated humours, constipation, biliousness, dyspepsia and indigestion.
Dosage: 2 teaspoonful for adults. To be taken at bedtime with a glass of luke warm water.
