Description

The following five ingredients are commonly used in Panchasakar Churna:

Rock salt, or Saindhava Lavana, is used to promote digestion and ease constipation because of its well-known digestive qualities.

Svarjika Kshara: This alkaline concoction is thought to have laxative and digestive qualities. It is made from the ashes of specific plants.

Shunthi (ginger): Due to its anti-inflammatory, carminative, and digestive qualities, ginger is frequently utilised in Ayurveda. It facilitates better digestion and eases pain in the gastrointestinal tract.

One of the three fruits in the traditional Ayurvedic formula Triphala is Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), which is renowned for its laxative and cleansing qualities.

Shunti, or black pepper: Another popular spice in Ayurvedic medicine is black pepper. It aids in enhancing appetite and promoting digestion.
