Mandura-bhasma is a classical Ash preparation of purified Dross-iron (ferric oxide) prepared by special calcination process. It is Dhwatwagni-deepana, haematinic, tonic and Rasayana.

Therapeutic Actions and Indications

It is indicated in anaemia, liver disorders, jaundice, haemolytic disorders, metabolic disorders, oedema, general debility, and as a rejuvenative.
