Description

Guduchi-sattwa is the sedimented water extract of the starch obtained from the well grown thick stems and roots of Tinospora cordifolia by evaporation. It is widely used for its Tridosha-pacifier, rejuvenative, alterative, blood purifier, refrigerant, antipyretic properties and actions.

Therapeutic Actions and Indications:

It is Tridosha-shamaka, rejuvenative, alterative, tonic, blood purifier, refrigerant, antipyretic and vitalizer. It is indicated in wasting diseases, phthisis, chronic fevers, burning sensation, hyperacidity, excessive thirst, diabetes, anaemia, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, gout etc.
